Debra Jackson is the CEO of Deblin Health Concepts. She holds a graduate degree MSW from the University of Houston in 1984 and earned her undergraduate degree, BSW from Texas Women’s University, in 1982. She has been also recognized as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) since 1988.
Her career experience and skills includes hospital administration (inpatient and outpatient), direct clinical treatment of adults, adolescents, and children in private practice; Quality Assurance Monitoring; Utilization Review; Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1988; Psychiatric Consultation for Psychiatric Hospitals; management operations; skilled nursing facilities; and other business/industry related companies.
Janet Trebs-Ingram is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in San Antonio, Texas, with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field working between Southern New Mexico and San Antonio, TX.
She has familiarity supporting individuals working through a wide variety of problems, such as difficulty adjusting to a significant life change or working through a traumatic event or episode that leads to depression, anxiety, and other issues.

Tyler Hartson has been practicing in mental health since 2000 and specializes in treating severe persistent mental illness, schizophrenia, and related disorders. He also performs assessments for suicide crisis/psychiatric crisis in several local E.R.'s.
He has been with Deblin since April of 2000 but also is in private practice. His general approach is cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and rational-emotive therapy (RET).
He holds a degree in accounting, an associate degree in theology and a Masters in Social Work. He received his LCSW credentials in 1997. Tyler served in the United States Peace Corp from 1998 - 2000.
Verna Humphrey is a licensed clinical social worker with more than twenty years of experience working with both families and individuals.
She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana, Monroe, Louisiana; Grambling State University, Grambling, Louisiana; and Le Tourneau University, Houston, Texas.
Verna works extensively with individuals to enhance their quality of life through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other treatment modalities.
Jan Scott has been in Private Practice in Dallas since the early 1980's after receiving her doctorate in Marriage, Family and Individual Therapy from Texas Woman's University. She worked at Medical City Hospital for five years as the staff therapy coordinator for the Dallas Diagnostic Association, and thoroughly enjoyed her association with the doctors there.
In the early 90's she led adolescent eating disorder groups for in-house patients at Brookhaven Psychiatric Pavilion, and gained much experience working with the adolescent population. More recently she was an adjunct professor at Texas Wesleyan University, and Texas Woman's University.
Jan has been with Deblin and Associates for two years, and finds that with this clientele, she can focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and short-term problem solving therapy to address their depression, anxiety, and mental disorders.
Her goal is to get to the heart of the presenting problem and be pro-active in aiding and educating the clients to make positive changes in their thoughts and actions. Jan believes her biggest attributes lie in her ability to be patient and encouraging.
She sees both adult and adolescent clients with Deblin.
Dennard McInnis has 9 years of experience counseling in a wide variety of settings. He has been a dorm supervisor in a juvenile detention center, worked in numerous hospital ERs dealing with suicidal and homicidal individuals and has provided ongoing counseling as well. He is currently the clinical supervisor in the Austin branch for Deblin Health Concepts along with also seeing clients for individual counseling.
He has a bachelor's degree in history, a master's degree in criminal justice and a master's degree in social work. He has been licensed as a LCSW and LCDC since 2013.
Kathy Kidd is a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Daring Way Facilitator based on the research of Dr. Brene Brown, and is trained in NVC (Nonviolent Communication).
Kathy is a breast cancer survivor, an experience that turned her life around by leading her to rethink her priorities in life. She returned to school to obtain her Master’s in Social Work and then became
a Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Psychotherapist. Kathy uses the modalities of CBT, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Shame Resilience, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in her treatments.
She is a life-long learner and continues to add to her therapy “tool box.” She believes healing occurs not only in what we think and feel, but also in body, mind, and soul.
Kathy comes from a long history of activism and volunteer work. This includes Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Covenant House, the Child Abuse Prevention Council and Sacramento Children’s Receiving Home. She served on the board of the San Francisco Chapter of the American Association of University Women to advance education for girls and women. She was a Volunteer Long Term Care Ombudsman (advocate for patient rights for the elderly), and a volunteer mediator for the Ft. Bend County Courts.
Kathy lives in Houston and enjoys reading, coloring, arts and crafts, dancing, singing, traveling, learning, and Sudoku.
Whitney Hays currently is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. Receiving her Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Texas Tech University, Whitney holds extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and substance use issues and their families.
Whitney has a particularly broad experience in treating adults with both mental health and substance use issues.
Whitney’s areas of specialty are anxiety and depression, family therapy, trauma treatment, adolescent behavior issues, and substance abuse / dependence. Whitney became a therapist to help people navigate their complex worlds in order to live a healthier, happier life.
Adewal Larry Lawal LCSW, has over 35years experience in treatment of mental disorders and emotional challenges. His service in the public sector includes University of Texas – Harris County Psychiatric Center and MHMRA of Harris County. He has also worked for private mental health institutions in the Houston area.
He obtained his undergraduate degree at Florida International University and graduate degree at University of Houston. His areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Larry has also done extensive work in substance abuse counseling, marriage therapy and conflict resolution.
Jessica Martinez is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has worked with others in being able to identify their needs since 2006.
She has been trained in the mental health field since 2003, and has worked in jails, clinics, group therapy, family therapy of course individual therapy, worked with children and adolescents and the elderly (geriatric).
During these years and encountering many different types of people they all have something in common... passion, love, and hope. She states that she is glad tp have the opportunity to share mher gifts with her clients.
Jessica specializes in stress management, depression, anxiety, anger, addictions, self-awareness, and motivation. She is eclectic in therapy where she uses the techniques that best fit her clients, such as; cognitive therapy, psychoanalysis, reality therapy, exposure therapy, among others.
