Lee Ann Rogers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been providing clinical services for over 20 years to a broad range of clients.
Lee Ann assists clients coping with depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia disorders, relationship issues and addictions of all kinds. While employed by the Department of Defense Lee Ann treated soldiers diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury and is trained in utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
While working overseas with the Department of State Lee Ann served as the mental health expert serving Embassy personnel dealing with a wide range of mental health issues and also served as mediator for the entire Post and consulates.
Lee Ann is also an experienced bereavement counselor having provided consultations to hospice organizations working within hospital settings as well as providing direct clinical services to hospice organizations.

Francis Jacobs*, Ph.D., LCSW, has been with DHC since 2006, having relocated to Houston, from New York.
He was employed first by the State of New York as a psychologist working in an in-patient unit and later, by Health and Hospital Corporation of the City of New York, as an Associate Director. the as an Associate Director. He worked for the State of New York as a Psychologist for almost 16 years and was appointed as the Director of one of the largest Outpatient Mental Health Clinics and developed it into a ‘hub of consumer empowerment projects’ in the State Mental Health System. While at Williamsburg Clinic, he served as a faculty member of the State University of New York (SUNY, down State) teaching ‘community psychiatry’ to medical students completing their training.
During his years as a psychologist at Kingsboro Psychiatric Center, he held the titles: Director, Mobile Crisis Team, Director, Intensive Case Management Services, Director of Incident Management and Director of Quality Assurance. He was a member of the Executive Cabinet of the CEO and in that capacity he represented the facility at different committees: Institutional Review Board, Joint Commission Surveys and has served as the Editor of the Facility wide newsletter. His last assignment before leaving New York City was as Associate Director, Harlem Hospital Center in the Bronx.
Francis holds two doctoral degrees, Ph.D. (Counseling Psychology) D.Min. (Doctor of Ministry), four advanced degrees (masters) in Social Work, Education, English Literature and Theology. His other credentials are: DCSW (Diplomate, Clinical Social Work),-NASW, Diplomate Clinical Hypnotherapy,(National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists) Certified Clinical Psychopathologist (CCP) Doctoral Addictions Counselor (DAC) National Association of Forensic Counselors and Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC).
He is a Board approved Supervisor and CEU provider (Texas Board of Social Worker Examiners). He has specialized training in Gestalt, RET and Christian Counseling. As a therapist, he believes in a “holistic approach” which is tailor-made to meet the cultural and religious sensitivity of the person he is serving. His clientele includes both adults, adolescents and children.

George Kakkanatt* is a psychotherapist, practicing in Houston, Texas. He served as a Captain of the United States Air Force.
He is very prominent in the political and social arena in the United States. He is very active in community / social services, organized, conducted and led many activities.
George ran for the City Council of Sugar Land in 2008. He is the past President of Glen Laurel Home Owner’s Association, Vice President, Burney Road Municipal Utility District, a governmental agency.
He held many positions in the Malankara Major Archi- Episcopal Church in India and USA including the Secretary of St. Peter’s Malankara Catholic Church building committee, Houston, Texas, Synod member of the Malankara Catholic faithful outside India etc.
He is an active member of the Knights of Columbus and a fourth degree Sir Knight.

Nikaria “Nikki” McCray*
received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Houston in 2013. She completed her clinical training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
As Senior Medical Social Worker, services were rendered in various settings: clinic, hospital, and in home. Nikaria has been providing individual and group therapy for 6 years working with patients with severe mental illness and medication management.
Nikaria received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2007. As an undergraduate student, Nikaria volunteered with City of Houston in the Southeast Houston in community development and planning. Nikaria interned at Easter Seals of Houston, while she received further clinical skills working with children and families in the population of Intellectual Developmental disability (IDD).
She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, mental illness and behavior in children and adults.
Hazel Hill* believes that the therapeutic relationship is at the center of Counseling. It is her goal to offer her services, as a Masters Level Licensed Professional Counselor, utilizing structured, evidence-based practices that are collaborative, proactive, and efficient.

Trina Smith* is a licensed psychotherapist, with over 20 years of experience in the field. She obtained her Master’s Degree from University of Houston in 1997, and acquired her LCSW licensure in 2001. She is certified as an LCSW Supervisor and also as a Trauma Focused Specialist.
Trina mainly utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution Focused practices in sessions. She has worked in all areas of mental health in various settings, to include psychiatric hospitals, school social work, private practice, and mental health agencies. This background has given her experience within the full range of DSM diagnoses, from very mild to chronically severe cases. In addition to being knowledgeable and well informed,
Trina is very personable, and is well liked among clientele and co-workers. Her clients show good progress under her care, and gain self-confidence and increased independence.
She is also bilingual, and can provide services in both English and Spanish.
